What Can You Expect?

For our first meeting, you will be seen for an intake. The intake is an opportunity for me to gather detailed information concerning the issues you wish to address, obtain some personal history relevant for treatment, complete some paperwork, and, more importantly, answer any questions you may have.

From there, we will schedule your first session. Sessions last for an hour and operate at a pace that you set. Problems were not created overnight and will not be solved overnight. Anything worth fixing right will take time and patience, but in the end will increase the liklihood you will achieve the results you are looking for.

To help make your experience more enjoyable, you are welcome to download the intake paperwork so that you can have it completed prior to our first meeting. If any of the documents are unclear, please refrain from signing them until they have properly been explained to you.
